Scope & Deliverables
You are purchasing post-production services to create story-driven social edits (“Founder’s Cut”) from footage already captured during your editorial Founder Film. No new filming, scripting, or production is included. The long-form Founder Film is editorial and not for sale.
Timeline
The delivery window is the period specified at checkout, starting after purchase and after we receive any information needed to begin editing if requested.
Revisions & Approvals
Included revisions are as specified above. Unless stated otherwise, this means one consolidated round across the set for light trims, captions or titles, minor timing, and simple swaps from captured footage.
Review window: Provide consolidated notes within 5 business days of our review notice. Delays extend the timeline. If no feedback arrives within the window, we may treat silence as approval and proceed to final delivery.
Out-of-scope changes such as restructuring, new storylines, new footage or voiceover, music replacements, or color re-grades may be billed at our then current rates.
Fees & Payment
Price and payment terms are as shown on the Stripe Checkout page at purchase. Add-ons and overages are billed separately. Final delivery may be withheld until all amounts are paid. Any taxes or surcharges required by law will be added.
Refunds & Cancellations
This is a digitally delivered service. Once editing begins or any files are delivered, all sales are final. If you cancel before editing begins, any refund is at our discretion and may be subject to a reasonable administrative fee and reimbursement of third-party costs already incurred.
Intellectual Property & Usage
Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to publish the final delivered files on your owned social channels and website. Raw footage, project files, and working files are excluded unless expressly agreed in writing. We retain a non-exclusive right to display the work in our portfolio, website, and social channels. Music is licensed for the intended social use as delivered. Any use outside that scope, including broadcast, paid media libraries, or third-party redistribution, may require additional licensing.
Accuracy & Compliance
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all statements, claims, and materials you provide. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your materials, instructions, or required disclosures.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under this agreement is capped at the total amount you paid for the purchase giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages.
General
These Terms are governed by Florida law. Before formal action, both parties will attempt in good faith to resolve disputes within 10 days of written notice. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. These Terms, together with the Order Summary, constitute the entire agreement for the purchase and supersede prior discussions.
Versioning
This page is version-stamped.
